Escalate

Escalate was designed to help young people gain accreditation and ignite interest in training and careers within the arts and media. Escalate worked with young people from the Sinfin area of Derby to develop skills in three creative practices and offer one to one tutorials with industry professionals to advise on areas such as C.V writing, confidence building, internship and work experience opportunities. During Escalate the young people created a film around their chosen theme of gang culture.
