Matthew comes from an independent producing background, is a Stage One supported producer and an alumni of The Old Vic 12. His independent and freelance work spans national and international stages, commercial and subsidised sectors at festival, studio and midscale, producing new writing, revivals, site-specific performances, and large-scale cultural festivals both in theatre and cross-artform. Alongside this he ran an arts charity, The Working Party, for 10 years, creating new performance, film and audio work with underserved communities in London. His production company, MSP, continues to work with cutting edge companies Not Too Tame and 62 Gladstone Street as well as supporting individual new-writing productions.
