Fifth Word is a critically acclaimed theatre company that produces innovative, exciting and accessible theatre that tours to national and international arts venues and festivals.
Our artistic vision places an emphasis on new writing and the use of multimedia technologies on stage. Fifth Word is passionate about working with new writing talent and has recently won an award from the writers' guild of Great Britain for the encouragement of new writing.
Beyond the stage, our work reaches out to young people and other audiences through regular participatory projects in schools and communities. This approach underlines our commitment to attracting new theatre audiences by making our work accessible and by developing productions that are relevant to the 21st Century.
